November 30, 2005 - Wednesday
Epsilon is close to becoming a hurricane! It's not predicted to affect the US. But on today, the last day of Hurricane Season, this is pretty amazing. We went entirely thru the alphabet and this is the 5th named storm in the Greek alphabet. History making season.

We had a line of heavy rain go through last night which knocked us off the satellite. So far today, it has not reconnected. Hopefully soon. This will be updated as soon as we are online again.

One of my tame squirrels is back! I was thrilled this morning when Jimmy opened the door to leave for school, the squirrel came running up the steps for his peanuts! So several times during the day, I leaned out and called "Peanuts" and withing 20 seconds he was on my back steps waiting for the peanuts!!!! I'm so glad to see him! Last winter and through most of the summer I had 5-6 squirrels that would come when I called. Only a couple were brave enough to come up the steps to me, but still it was great. But the hawks have been hard on our squirrel population. We have a huge red-tailed hawk that has set up shop close to the house. We also had a broad-winged hawk who raised her three "hawklings" in our yard. Is that what you call baby hawks????? I saw the red-tailed get a squirrel the other morning when I was talking on the phone. Brutal.

Tomorrows journal will be on a new page. December. Oh, you just click on the "Daily Journal" on my home page, like you would normally and it will get you to the current journal, whatever the month. If you want to see an older months writings, scroll to the bottom of the page of the current month's journal and click on the desired month.

November 29, 2005 - Tuesday
I ordered something for Jim online today. Could've probably got it locally but it was less expensive online. Well, got the confirmation email about the order and it says shipping is estimated February. WHAT????? I hope they are estimating wrong.

Breezy warm day, overcast with a few scattered showers. Hit about 65° this afternoon. Now we're under a Tornado Watch until 1:00 am. Cold front is coming, but our temps will only drop into the 50's, maybe 40's later in the week. That's not a cold front. Also see that I need to update my hurricane pages for 2005 as we now have "Epsilon".

November 28, 2005 - Monday
Just trying to get some housework caught up now that my cold is about over. Had lagged behind (not so unusual) while I was sick, but want to get the house in shape so I can do a little Christmas decorating.

I gave warning to Jim that I want to change a couple pieces of furniture around. He doesn't like change, especially surprise changes, so I try to give him a few weeks notice when I want to rearrange things anymore. My Mom used to change furniture around every month or so, but ours is just too heavy for me, so I settle with a couple times a year. That's my spring and fall cleanings, feels like that's the only way to really clean up. Not that I'm a big fan of housework. But I do like to rearrange. Much to the dismay of all the men in this family. :-)

This month is winding down to a close. Can't believe there are only 25 shopping days until Christmas. I've started, but not done. Still need to update my Christmas addresses list for the Christmas cards to be sent out. Need to write my Christmas letter. Need to get in the basement and go through the decorations. Get the picture? Oh, I have lists. Now I just need to DO them!

November 26, 2005 - Sabbath
My week at church. Always nice to fellowship with the other members. And Charlie's sermons just reach me. He is very good. But like he says, it's all about Jesus. We talked in the morning about the Beatitudes and how those were like an additional set of laws or ways of behavior that we should follow in addition to the Ten Commandments.

November 25, 2005 - Friday
Temperature hit 22° during the night, so it felt rather chilly in the morning. We felt the house shake yesterday at my parents when the front came through. Also found out that some trees were uprooted at Jim's parents place last night as the wind howled through the area. Currently, at 11:30 pm I have 21° on my outside thermometer. Supposed to go up into the 60's early next week. BOO!!!! Stay cold. It's winter time, for Pete's sake!

We had our turkey dinner today. Jimmy had to work and that worked out perfect. I baked a couple pumpkin pies, and four apple dumplings in the morning. For the meal we had turkey, mashed potatoes, cornbread stuffing, macaroni, succatash, rolls, sweet potatoes, gravy and cranberry sauce. All the traditional stuff. I didn't fix huge amounts, so the leftovers were smaller and more manageable. Just enough for one more meal for all of us, then leftovers gone, man!

It was really nice to visit with everyone yesterday. We spent a couple hours with Jim's parents first, then went to my parents for dinner. My brother Ed and his daughter, Laurie were here from Michigan and my brother Kevin and Penny, his wife, daughters Jessica and Stephanie, plus Stephanie's boyfriend, TJ, were all in attendance. We left around 6 pm for the 3 hour drive home, arriving safely with no mishaps. Great day!

November 24, 2005 - Thursday
Talked with Seth on the phone. He and a co-worker went out for supper last night and both got food poisoning. So he was not able to attend any of the invites for dinner that he had received. But one family saved him some leftovers for when he gets feeling better!

Turkey Day!!! Happy Thanksgiving one and all. We visited with both families today. We sure had a good time! Good food, good family visit. What else can I say? I'm really tired tonight so will not add to a perfect day!

November 23, 2005 - Wednesday
Ran a few errands today. Bad news. Heavenly Ham was bought out by Honey-Baked Ham. What that means for us is no more of their awesome turkey salad. It was the best ever and now it's gone. BOO-HOO. Hope is on the horizon however. They have had so many requests for it, that they are trying to get the "rights" for it from Heavenly Ham. Maybe...hopefully......

Got my glucose meter today! Yeah. Now I can test my own sugar daily. Jim showed me how to use it and I tested tonight. Three hours after a tossed salad, cottage cheese and pineapple supper, I tested at 122. Much better than earlier in the week! Average for the week is 131. Not great, but not terrible either. The ability to test my sugar is actually helping me to watch what I eat. Maybe this will be the catalyst I have needed for a long time....

Jim's leg is still very red, turns out cellulitis is something kinda serious to deal with for diabetics. Still hot to the touch. Anyway he is taking his antibiotics and some tylenol for the pain. He is getting around a little better on it today too. We're watching it closely regardless.

I listen often to CSN on my FM dial. It's a religious station. One of the sermons today really hit home for me. The man talked about excuses not to go to church. Very profound. Made me really feel guilty for not attending faithfully, regardless the reasons. How did I get to this point? I always attended faithfully as a child, up through about age 20. Then I only went occasionally. Then more faithfully again after marriage, but once the boys were born, we attended totally each week, unless visiting our parents church, or desparately sick. It was when we moved to Virginia that we got casual about going. Actually, while Jim was living in a motel and the boys & I were still in Westminster, we missed quite abit.

The man gave many statistics about church attendance. One was that if both parents attend church with their children faithfully, the children are 72% likely to attend as adults. If only the father attends faithfully, the children are 56% likely to attend as adults. If only the mother attends, the percentage drops to 13. I may not have the exact numbers correct, but close enough. There were also many statistics about families resolving problems without divorce, family members being happier and even physically healthier with regular church attendance.

The man on the station continued saying that if you are making excuses not to go to church, then you are avoiding God because you have sin in your life. He also said that backsliding is very serious and that you lose your connection with God if you aren't attending church regularly. It's funny that just this week I said that I felt like I'm disconnected lately, but felt that I shouldn't feel like that, regardless of whether I attend church or not. My relationship with God shouldn't be dependent on attending church. Guess I'm wrong. Why else was I feeling that way? That sermon was definitely meant for me. And no more excuses. I do have sin in my life. I'll be the first to admit it. I want to change that. I'm going.

Well, that's my sermon for tonight. Busy day tomorrow. Looking forward to visiting family.

November 22, 2005 - Tuesday
OK. We had 1.2 inches of rain yesterday and last night. It's still breezy this morning, well, at least up in the tops of the trees. Not much wind makes it down to the ground back here in the woods. But actually enough to cover the yard with leaves again, after just getting them cleared away on Sunday. (Jim did it, even with his leg hurting. Looked so nice too!).

I really enjoy the daytime Martha Stewart show. She has the best homemaking stuff on there! All about decorating, cooking, crafts. This week is all about Thanksgiving, of course! All the proper table settings, ways to present food in a beautiful way and all the decorating! Too bad I'm not rich so I could do some of her ideas. Can't wait to see her Christmas programs!

Jim's leg is doing better today, still hurts and is still all red, but at least he's on an antibiotic, so should be improving more each day.

It's 41° tonight and supposed to go down into the freezing range. It's the most WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR!!!

Thanksgiving is coming, only two days away. Busy, busy, busy....

November 21, 2005 - Monday
Jim said his leg feels like bees are stinging. The bruising has moved higher and the redness has increased. So we call the doctor with the details and he wanted to see Jim today. He said his leg was inflamed, probably from blood vessels breaking and bleeding under the skin from the fall. The doctor prescribed an antibiotic, which we got filled on the way home and are hoping this will make it better.

My cold is still aggravating but slowly improving. Just have no stamina and still coughing. But at least the worst is over and I'm getting better more each day! Jimmy still coughs some too, but says he is feeling alot better.

It starting drizzling about 9 am this morning and rained harder this evening. Will do a measurement check tomorrow morning.

November 20, 2005 - Sunday
Temperature was warmer today, up around 67° and is currently 43°. I think it will be a typical November week, but need to check the weather channel for the extended outlook. Looking forward to seeing everyone Thanksgiving! It's a busy week!

Sugar is still running a little high. Checked at 9 am (fasting) and again at 7 pm (4 hrs after late lunch), both readings were 132. Had a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch and bean dish for supper, plus a diet soda. Guess the grilled cheese wasn't the best choice...

Jim's leg doesn't look any better, redness and bruising still spreading around to sides and up to the knee now. But he said it doesn't hurt hardly at all tonight. We're using the mineral ice several times a day. Seems to at least ease the pain.

Jim talked with Seth this evening. Seth was out in the desert, cooking supper over the campfire, doing a little shooting and ham radio. Said it's getting cold out there. He may be out in the desert, but elevation is about a mile high so it is colder than here many nights! Pretty COOL!!

November 19, 2005 - Sabbath
Finished scanning Mom's album tonight, so I'm very pleased about that! We had tried to just photograph the pages several years ago. And some of them were just ok, but if you tried to zoom in on a particular photo on the page, the resolution was terrible. Scanning makes all the difference in the world. I scanned the pages and you can zoom in perfectly now. COOL.

I didn't go to church this week, since I'm still coughing alot. Nothing worse than sitting next to someone who coughs thru the whole sermon. So I don't want to do that to someone else! I miss when I don't get there however. I didn't cough as much during the night last night, as the night before, so must be improving. My fasting sugar this am, after 12 hours of nothing, was 140. Still high. I ate a tuna with celery sandwich for breakfast and then checked sugar 6 hours later and it was 118, a little better. Maybe because I'm up and moving about it uses up the sugar better, hm-m-m-m, that must be why the doc told me to get some exercise each day (besides the fact that it would help me lose some weight?). Like anyone wants to read all about this stuff.....

It's 36° outside right now. Love, love, love these cooler temperatures! Watching the tropics once more it seems? We shall see. We have had stuff in December in the past history, but not classified as hurricanes since the season ends November 30th. Been quite a year. Glad we didn't get much here in Virginia. Sorry for the folks who got clobbered elsewhere. This winter may prove to be interesting, at least in some areas. Probably not here in Virginia. But we are due, rumors are that we get hit every 5 years or so with a tough one and every 10 years or so with alot. I seem to remember January-February 1996, our first winter here, we got 4 storms in about a 6 week period, totalling about 5 foot of snow. No, not all at once. It would melt in a few days, then we'd get another one. And who can forget the ice/snow storms of January-February of 2000? That was the year my rear window exploded in my station wagon, (scared me to death)...stress? Stress? Who has stress?? Well, the exploding window is another story for another day....

Trying mineral ice on Jim's leg. Seems to ease the aching somewhat. Watching it closely.

And I just keep going, like the pink bunny on TV. Got to get some sleep, just tired. Haven't had as much sleep due to the coughing.

November 18, 2005 - Friday
Picked up a few groceries today, still not feeling totally good yet. Just coughing alot mostly. But will stay warm and inside the next couple days and that should be all I need to finish getting well.

Worked on Mom's photo album, scanning the pages into my computer. Will finish hopefully over the weekend. There's really some nice old photos there of my relatives! I hope to print some out and make a scrapbook of my own here eventually. The last 4 scrapbooks that I made, I gave away as gifts. I thought they turned out really well and Jim photographed each page for me, so that I will remember how I did each page. I'm eventually going to make duplicate copies for us, of the ones I gave as gifts. Plus I'll add some more photos to them, as I have scanned more into the computer now (and taken more this past year)!

Jim's leg is bruising and turning red under the skin all the way around to the sides and now even up the leg towards his knee. Aching alot, probably from some internal swelling. Keeping an eye on it. Tried ice packs to ease the pain. Area is hot to the touch.

That's all for tonight, I'm tired and am going to bed!

November 17, 2005 - Thursday
I'm going to add a new page to my N4KUP web site. "Reviews". There is a fine line between my "Beefs" page and my "Politics" page, which is currently being worked on, and then there is my "Current Events" page which also is similar. Reviews will be my opinions about different things, such as items you purchase at the store, or the store itself. I will try to be objective and less opiniated and rate the store or item on it's merits.

With the Christmas season coming, (yes, I call it Christmas and not Holidays, like Wal-Mart is doing,) I felt it would be nice to review different items a person might buy. And maybe even the stores where you will shop. I will also include any reviews sent to me by other folks on items. Should be interesting.

My doctor called me today with my test results. Just a couple of minor things, sugar is a little higher than it should be, so wants us to continue to monitor it and he will run the A1C test in January to see the big picture. Said I am in the "sugar intolerant" category, which he explained is the "pre-cursor" of diabetes. No surprise here. I had gestational diabetes during both pregnancies years ago. As soon as I delivered, the sugar dropped back to normal. But the obstetrician told me then that it meant the disease was in me, just hadn't manifested itself yet but would as I got older. He was apparently right. The other one that was more of a surprise was my cholesterol had gone up. So he has called in a prescription to get that under control.

It's currently 37° and a little breeze. Reminiscent of Westminster Octobers! Yes, I said Octobers! Seems we're a month warmer here on both ends of winter. Used to get cold early October and stay cold thru April back in Westminster. Here it stays hot until November, and then mild through the winter months and hot by March. But anyway, I love this time of year, crisp in the mornings and evenings and 30-40's midday! Bye-bye bees (soon)! Bye-bye spiders (soon)!! It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year! I can breath again!!!

Oh, one last thing for today. There have been 7 deer coming up into my backyard, right up to the house every day, several times a day in fact. One doe has 2 younger ones, and a second doe has 3 younger ones. They see me in the window and as long as I don't move too suddenly, they stay. Well, today, with it breezy and cool outside, I opened the back door and 3 of them were about 25 feet away. They didn't hear me open the door, so I just stood real still. They looked up at me a couple times, but then continued to graze on our weeds. SO COOL!!!!

November 16, 2005 - Wednesday
Still not feeling good, throat is not sore now but still having difficulty talking. Hoping to feel better soon. Coughing alot now so maybe on the total mend. Jimmy is feeling alot better, though he still has a cough too.

Fixed the photo sizing problem that I had on Dad's web pages. Hope everyone gets a chance to view them. Jim thought they looked nice, so will continue onward.

Seth called last night and things are well with him. Busy, of course, but that's a good thing! He said it is cold and he had to turn on his heat for the first time. Remember that he is almost a mile high where he lives in New Mexico.

We had 75° today but the front came through and it has dropped to 48° in 2 hours! We had some wind and rain, but no storms.

Jim's leg is bruising up quite abit. Says it hurts alot. Didn't hit anything in particular when he fell, and didn't hurt when he fell. But now it does.

Still waiting to hear blood test results from the doctor. Normally the nurse calls me, but they wouldn't give me the results this time, said it was on the doctor's desk and he would talk with me. Probably need my meds changed again....

November 15, 2005 - Tuesday
Had to cut my journal short last night. Had a big black wasp flying around my room. Still haven't gotten him, so will probably battle that later. My cold is still working on me, have laryngitis this morning.

And an added note about last night, Jim retook my blood sugar 4 hours after I ate and it was down to 110. Probably just high because I am sick. So there's the good news! The doctor's office is supposed to call me today about my blood tests from yesterday morning.

Check out my Dad's web pages! I've been working on them and think they look pretty cool! What do you think? Donald & Dorothy Urie's Web pages

I surfed a little last night, before the wasp attack, and downloaded a whole bunch of MIDI files, lickety-split!!! This is so COOL! I will probably put a Christmas MIDI on my December journal page, just to keep with the spirit of the holidays!!!

Well, I'll add a late postscript on todays journal. I GOT HIM. The wasp. He showed his ugly face when the afternoon sun came through the window. I had my handy vacuum cleaner ready to go and my, what a nice thwump he made as he was siphoned up into the vacuum! I got to remember to have Jim replace the bag on my vacuum cleaner this time!!!!

Since I've been feeling pretty sick, I didn't eat hardly anything today. So five hours after I last ate or drank anything, Jim rechecked my blood sugar. It was 126. So that isn't the best result, however, I am sick, so that can make a persons sugar run higher also. Didn't hear from the doctor's office today. Maybe tomorrow.

November 14, 2005 - Monday
Even though I have a slight cold, I had to get some bloodwork done this morning. I called first, but they said to come on in to have it done. They are just checking my routine stuff, thyroid, sugar, cholesterol, kidney & liver function and a full blood chemistry, since I've been so tired. The nurse said that it may be that my thyroid meds need to be increased. They increased them last winter, but apparently it can change even within a month. I do feel like I'm in a fog somedays and even lethargic, sleeping way too much.

Wow. Jim got a new glucose meter last week and he tested my sugar tonight. Two hours after I ate and it was 205. That's not good. Course I am sick right now. And 2 hours ago I ate tomato soup. Not the best meal to test after. Highest it was in the past was 165 and that was during pregnancy. This meter is really cool, you test on alternate sights, like the arm. Doesn't hurt. The old one was a finger stick and it hurt. I like this one!!! He did it three times on my arm and I never felt it AT ALL!!!! COOL!!!

The logging company did it again. Our neighbors are having their property logged. The loggers were there a little after 8:00 am. I left at 8:30 am to get my bloodwork done and got home at 11:30 am. Power had been out for a couple of hours. I called the power company and once again we are the only ones out. The loggers had clipped the wire so hard that they pulled our pole over and snapped the wire. The wire had actually snapped and partially wrapped back around the pole, with the rest of it spanning across a long stretch of the power companies right away. It's a wonder that they didn't get electrocuted. When the power company approached them, they claimed it was like that when they got here this morning. They claimed they didn't do it. What LIARS!!!!! The Va Power Company man is writing them up since it was obvious they did it. The trucks have no company name or phone number on them. They have actually knocked some of our trees down too. If it happens again, I'm going down there with my camera and start photographing them. What JERKS. So just over 6 hours without power today. And of course, the man came to put in our satellite internet!!! YEAH. Now we can surf and still get phone calls!!!!!

November 13, 2005 - Sunday
The tornadoes that hit Indiana and Kentucky during the first week of November were unusual. Normally, the clash between the moist Gulf air masses and the northern dryer cooler Canadian air is most volatile during the spring months of the year. But the clash still happens in the fall also. This year it was deadly. Most tornadoes have a forward motion of 30-50 mph. One of the tornadoes was very unusual. It had a forward velocity of 75 mph with wind gusts reaching over 200 mph. It cut a path 41 miles long and over ¾ of a mile wide. It caused the deaths of at least 22 persons. It hit in the night when most folks were asleep. Most never heard the warning sirens.

On a good note, Carman came home from the hospital on Friday morning after 10 days!! She is doing well and we are all so very happy to see her on the road to recovery!!!!!!! I think everyone always feels better when they get home in their own environment!

Jim took a fall out in the woods today. Didn't want me to type up details, but said that if I'd had a video camera recording the event, we could've won something. OUCH.

November 10, 2005 - Thursday
It's been a rough week. Carman walked into the hospital over a week ago with chest pains. On Thursday night, we were told that her heart was good and strong, no heart attack. So they gave her medicine to stop the fibrillating. That caused her heart to stop 3 times during the night for 7 seconds. So the doctors decided to put in a pace-maker on Friday. This caused her to have a heart attack on Friday night/early Sabbath morning. In addition to her kidney infection, she also developed phlebitis in her arms, probably from all the IV's, then pneumonia. She has had a rough week. I am happy to report that she is doing so much better today and is hoping to go home in the next few days. Thanks to all for the prayers given on her behalf. Please continue to lift her up in prayer as she continues on the road to recovery.

November 8, 2005 - Tuesday
Happy Birthday to Jimmy!!!!

Wouldn't you know it. Good thing I baked the birthday cake early. No power for about 5 hours, thanks to the logging company our neighbors are using. They are using the power companies right of way to do the logging, besides tearing up the common drive, they knocked out our power.

November 3, 2005 - Thursday
I called the CCU to check on Carman and they said she had a rough night but was doing better this morning. More tests to be done, so I will check with Eunice later to see how she is doing.

We asked Pastor Charlie from our church if they could have special prayer for her this evening at the regular Bible Study. They said they would. That was to be around 7 pm. At 7:30 pm we heard from Eunice that she has been moved to a regular bed, doing very well, turns out amazingly that it wasn't a heart attack or stroke as they first suspected, but a situation that can be fixed with meds. She will still be in the hospital for a day or so, but really such GOOD news!!!!

We were all so worried and now, once again, we see what God can do.!!

Other news, our faster satellite connection won't be happening this week. Equipment is apparently on back order so we are sticking with dial-up for now.

Is anything happening in the tropics?? I haven't checked for a couple of days! Will get an update later this week.

I took some photos of the tombstones yesterday with my "one-time" type camera, so I will try to get them developed later next week. What hobbies I have, time and photos in cemeteries! But it is truly fascinating. Kevin, my youngest brother, said he remembers tramping around the cemetery years ago with me, when he was not yet a teenager. It's true that I have been interested and tracing the family history for many years! I think I'm related to most everyone in the Wesley Cemetery. We also drove up to St. Paul's Cemetery, but I was limited on time for this trip, so will go back another time and walk around there. I will eventually get more of the photos online for the Genealogy pages also. It's on my "To Do" list!!!

There are 3 paintings I'd love to locate of Mom's. One is the painting she did of her grandmother, Clara Ethel Coleman Simns. Second one is of the East Neck Island Bridge. She did that one for my grandfather, Louis Lucien Thomas. I believe his step-son is in possession of that one. He doesn't want to sell it, but wonder if he would let us come and photograph it??? The third painting was the one she did of the old oak at St. Paul's. Haven't a clue where that one is.

I think this winter I'm going to try oils again. I've learned a little since the 70's when I tried it (my artwork pages show some of them). The last few years I've mainly done "Paint by Numbers" type. Guess I'm getting ready to freehand some again. Well, at least it's on my "to do" list. The ever-growing "to do" list!!!

November 2, 2005 - Wednesday
A very busy day today. Went over to visit family for the day. Got a phone call from my sister-in-law that Jim's Mom had been taken to the hospital. So I went in to see her and she was feeling pretty bad, but I visited for about 10 minutes, which is all they will let you in CCU. The nurse said they thought it was her heart so that is somewhat serious. She also was running a fever. So I got the number so I can call back and check on her now that I'm back in Virginia.

Other than the worrying about my Mother-in-law, Dad and Kevin and Penny and I had a good time. We rode down to Rock Hall for a delicious lunch at the Crabhouse on the Wharf. Then we went to the cemetery to see Mom's grave. I also found Mom-Mom Thomas's grave, Uncle Bill's grave, Aunt Naomi and Uncle James' graves. Next time I get to visit, I need to take a GPS to mark the locations, since I had trouble finding the tombstones. Dad also had a stone made for Grandfather and Grandmother Urie's graves, so that now we will always know where they are resting.

I went back to pick up some books at Jim's parents house and looked in on his Dad. He was doing fine, watching TV and my sister-in-law, Eunice, is checking on him, since they live next door. After that I rushed over to my parents house to pick up a couple things and left there about 5pm and arrived back in Virginia about 8 pm.

I'll sleep tonight!

November 1, 2005 - Tuesday
How do you like my background on this page? It's a little "busy", but I designed it myself!!! Ain't That COOL?

On a sad note, this is the 14th anniversary of Denie Mack's death. She died November 1, 1991 at her home in Beltsville, Md, surrounded by her family. I miss her.

I've been going thru my "magazine" cookbooks, scanning recipes that I may like or try. I have so many cookbooks (and I'm always looking for more!), so these I decided to go through, scan recipes that are possibilities and then give the magazines to my sister-in-law, Penny. She is a great cook and more likely to use them than I ever will! It will free up a bookshelf for me to put some of my other books on. So far I have scanned 360 pages, have about 50 left to do!

All part of my "fall cleaning", most people do spring cleaning. I do mine in the fall. That's why I've been working on the basement and other various rooms, trying to de-clutter somewhat, to make regular housecleaning a little simpler. I take pride in bouncing to the beat of a different drummer, you know.

Last week was so busy with all the car stuff and running to town so much, that this week I'm trying to catch up on housework and laundry. Didn't I mention last month that it is a never-ending job???? Whine, whine. Yes, I'll take some cheese with my whine.....
